Your press release in the press room at EWEA 2013
Exhibitors and sponsors of the EWEA 2013 conference and exhibition have the opportunity to display press releases or press kits on literature racks in the EWEA 2013 press room.
Bookings will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis until all display spaces have been filled. A booking confirmation will be sent after receipt of the order form. The deadline for sending the form is 18 January 2013.
Delivery of the materials
The press materials should be delivered to the press room on 3 February 2013 in the afternoon (contact: Peter Sennekamp, Mobile: +32 496 91 93 15).
Please ensure the boxes are clearly labelled with your company name and the mention “literature racks – EWEA 2013 press room”.
Leftover materials
If you would like to keep the remainder of your press releases or press kits after the event, please arrange the pick up by one of your staff attending the conference from the Press room on Thursday 7 February 2013 by 15:00 at the very latest.
