Discounts and eligibility
Categories eligible to discounted registration fees:
* EWEA / DWIA Member
Only direct members of EWEA, having paid their 2011 membership fees, and members of DWIA can benefit from the member registration fee. If your company is not listed on these associations’ membership lists, the organisers reserve the right to proceed with a non-member registration and charge the corresponding registration fee. If you are not an EWEA member yet and wish to benefit from the discount, please submit your membership application before registering. The processing time for new membership contracts is two weeks.
** Academic/NGO’s/Governmental organisations
Academic: Available to those with a current full-time position at an educational institution. A proof from the university or institution proving the full-time academic status needs to be provided. This document should be sent when submitting the online registration form by e-mail to eweaannualreg(at)eweaevents.org by fax to +32 2 743 15 84. Without this document, the organisers reserve the right to proceed with a non-member (or member if applicable) registration and charge the corresponding registration fee.
NGO’s: Available to registered NGO’s only. A proof of status may be requested.
Governmental organisations: Available for employees of a regional government department or ministry.
*** Student
Student registration requires a copy of a student card and an official letter from the university proving the full-time student status. These documents should be sent, when submitting the online registration form, by e-mail to eweaannualreg(at)eweaevents.org or by fax to +32 2 743 15 84. Without these documents, the organisers reserve the right to proceed with non-member (or member if applicable) registration and charge the corresponding registration fee.
